One Africa is a non-governmental organization campaigning for food security through enhanced investment in Agriculture. Members of the group have been touring the continent to lobby governments, to honour the Maputo declaration on agriculture. 
The Executive Director of One Africa is Dr. Sipho Moyo. President John Mahama said, his government has secured 140 million dollars in support of the medium term agricultural support strategy. He said, improved seedlings, fertilizers and technical assistance are some of the derivatives of the strategy. It is the hope of President Mahama that the youth will embrace agriculture as full time employment since that will significantly improve upon productivity.
