In recent times, there is need to conserve land space. Unplanned settlement layouts in Ghana have increased slums, together with its numerous social vices like robbery and poor sanitation. The government has considered the benefit to be derived from putting up well planned settlements as well as high rise buildings. I endorse this move, and for those who fear height I pity them. Just take a look at this picture.
This is a creation of Wonda World Estate development. The very site is located near the British High Commission in Osu, Ghana. I together with some colleagues of mine, were privileged to enter. The experience was awesome! I’m very much grateful to estate developers for their meaningful contribution to not only beautifying the locality but also bringing in lots of foreigners and capital accumulation. Ghana is steadily progressing.
