God's infinite Love for his CREATION...
He formed us in love, a deep, deep, tender love, and so it hurts him, it cuts him deep in the heart to see his children take to the path of rebellion, sin, pride, selfishness, hate, revenge. As the loving Father that he is, he still extends his love: giving pleas, offering forgiveness of sin only if we are willing to turn back in repentance, and abide in his eternal love.
I show you a powerful mystery here: known in his former glory as Lucifer, the firstborn of angels, the bearer of light, the protector of divine laws, Satan now a rebel, had opportunity to make it right with the enthroned King who lives forever and ever. God saw pride, greed and rebellion brewing in his heart and severally counseled him in love to not disdain divine laws, divine protocols. Satan fell at some point, got back up, but the weight of pride overwhelmed him and he willingly advanced to execute his plan of rebellion to take the throne, and the kingdom.
He wooed a third of the angels, by subtle deception, promising them a new government of 'total' freedom. Falsely accusing God of injustice, and tyranny, Satan's ambition of a kingdom of total freedom founded on the concept of the science of good and evil, unknown to him and his rebel followers, was only leading to chaos, disorder, misery and evil. God was all this time watching. It pained him in the heart to see his most beautiful prince of angels, finally choose the path that leads to darkness, death and eternal separation from him God, the source of life.
