The reason marriage is a great mystery is because our union with Christ is the only basis where we can walk in immortality, we become one with Him. And that begins from now. That's what the Church is. But there are a lot of people running a rat race, doing all kinds of things. Even when they're speaking in tongues, they're out of the Spirit, because they've mastered how to carry out the spiritual gimmicks.
They don't know that every time we're summoned, to stand before God, we're making contact with hallowed entities. Every inspiration that comes to you, that you think it's just a thought hitting your spirit, is actually a vault of life opened by custodian in the spirit.
