Search my heart oh God!

We have to constantly be on guard against self PRIDE. As we draw close to God in fellowship, we have to watch out for tendencies of pride and familiarity. Like King David of Israel in the Bible, we should frequently come before God and subject our heart to the Lord to search us out and to try us and know our thoughts and to lead us in the way everlasting.

We don't know the things which are lying secret in our heart. We will be shocked when God searches our heart out and exposes us to the greed, the wicked, the selfish and lustful desires of our heart. Our limited or finite knowledge of God can make us think or believe that we have arrived in knowing God and who He truly is.

We should be sober, and be vigilant. Not allowing our heart to beguile us because of the knowledge we have received or the supernatural experiences or the gift dimensions we are operating in.

God is so vast than we can ever imagine Him. He Himself has put eternity in the heart of man and thus, we have the capacity to receive and know more of Him. We approach in a posture of humility, as we come to drink of the blessed and bountiful and limitless knowledge of God, the Potentate of the universe.

Hallelujah!!
